Quick Look APA Citation Guide

This guide is meant to be a quick reference of the APA citation style for students preparing a bibliography . More information on the APA style can be found in the following source:  American Psychological Association. (2001). Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th ed.). Washington D.C.: Author. (Available at the Library Reference Desk)

Please Note: Some instructors may require titles be underlined rather than italicized.  Due to space concerns this handout is single-spaced. The APA handbook recommends that a Bibliography be double-spaced.  Remember to check with your instructor if there are any questions regarding variations in format.
