Gene Blackwelder became a part of the Reedley College
management team in 1989. He has 42 years of College and
University Administrative Services management experience. Prior
to Reedley College he served in various administrative positions
at the University of Utah, Boise State University, Southwest
Minnesota State University, University of Wyoming and Emporia
State University in Kansas. He is Chairman of the Board of The Association
of College Administrative Professionals (ACAP) Board of
Trustees, a member and
former president of the National Association of College Auxiliary
Services (NACAS), a member of the National Association of College
and University Food Services and the Western Association of
College and University Business Officers. Several of the campus
programs he has been affiliated with have received acknowledgement
in national publications for their customer service orientation
and financial viability. He has conducted workshops and interest
sessions on campus business services programs at regional and
national meetings of college and university organizations. |
